Winter Flowers in Bloom...

It's nice to see a pretty bloom in the middle of winter, so I thought I'd share photos of the flowering quince in my backyard and the pink geraniums on my back porch. Enjoy!

Hi Betty,
Thanks for visiting me! I just had to come see your site. It is so pretty and refreshing. I especially love the first post with your front door. I love (and miss) a front porch, rocker, and glass of sweet tea. ;-D.
My little grandson isn't talking yet, but my daughter calls me "grammie", and he knows who that is! Just thrills my heart!
Nothing like them, is there?
Come visit anytime, it's nice to meet a new friend!

Hello Betty...
Pinks & greens are my favourite colours, so I immediately felt drawn to your pictures. They are lovely. I’m longing for springtime when my garden bursts into colour again.
Whilst out gardening this week I noticed much evidence of new growth, snowdrops are in full flower now, daffodils and primroses too, the dark red peony shoots have broken through the earth and trees are showing their new buds. January has been a wet month here in UK, but the mildest on record. Marion
