Good Morning Dear Friend Betty.....

How wonderful to see that spring has sprung early in your garden.... you are way ahead of us here in Wales. So lovely to see so many flowers in bloom. Now I recognise the ones I questioned in the Easter pictures you sent to me... Viburnum... beautiful!

We arrived back last evening from a very enjoyable break in Cheltenham, but I’ll write more about that in an e-mail..... the weather was perfect too.... but we’ve waited long enough for it.

Another glorious day here, I desperately need to spend time catching up in the garden, but I’ll be in touch with you later.

Hope all is well with you and yours. Bestest Love - Marion

Dear Betty, thank you for sharing "Spring" around your home. It was beautiful and I love the umbrella, So pretty, all the flowers.

One of my Granddaughters has offered to paint our dinning room, kitchen and living room. Now, how thoughtful is that?? We are going to help as far our our strength will take us.lol It is so nice to have such wonderful, caring Grandkids.

Hope you have a most wonderful "Spring" time. love you, connie

Good Morning Dear Friend Betty.....

I was pleased to receive your comment on my last post..... and Oh My Dear Betty! I was so pleased to read that you flew the flag for St. George and us yesterday. I can just picture it in my mind from memories of two years ago when we were there with you.... and the thrill I got when I first spotted it as we pulled into your drive. Such a kind and thoughtful thing for you to do for us. If only we were anticipating that trip again this May.

Betty, the little Easter chicks pictured in my post I knitted. I’ll let you have the pattern if you’d like it.... so simple and quick. It has just reminded me, I sent some to you before Easter, have they not arrived yet?

Another glorious day is dawning.... we hope to be outside in the garden, we have to check out all fencing and make sure it is Kenzo proof..... not long to wait now.... I pray that everything will keep to plan. I’ll be in touch. My love as always - Marion

Betty,

Just recuperating from a quadruple bypass, but have a few projects in mind for hubby and the boys. Of course there is the usual turning of soil and planting of the veggie garden. We have blooms and the gardens already need weeding. We've just decluttered the computer room and made a place for Brandon to stay when he visits. So all in all, things are moving forward.

I enjoyed stopping by and seeing all of your beautiful blooms and hearing about your projects for spring.

Blessings,
Mary
