Let them eat cake!

Would you care for a slice of coconut cake?

This one takes about 10 minutes to make.

First you find a plastic salad mold at a thrift store for 25 cents....next brush on my friend, Elmer....then sprinkle liberally with bagged Christmas snow.
           Voila!
A beautiful Coconut Cake...with absolutely NO calories!
