Between Trips..........A Call From Marion In Wales.....

These are a few pictures of the flowers blooming now........an old worn out wheelbarrow filled with ivy and an assortment of perennials and a few annuals......

A new hydrangea 'Blushing Bride'....................................

Another new hydrangea 'Annabelle'..........

This is our family on vacation at Amelia Island..............what a blessing to be together....so many sweet memories were made that I pray our children and grandchildren will remember as long as they live............

It is wonderful to be home even for a few days.......we've been out of pocket for four weeks.......and have another trip at the end of the week.........

My friend Marion, Wales, UK, called this afternoon and 'made my day.' She continues to have internet problems. Marion wants everyone to know that just as soon as the problem is corrected, she will be back online and back to blogging. We agreed that when we can't communicate, it makes for unhappy campers........The Bible teaches us that whoever is in need is our neighbor, not necessarily the person next door..... our friends are all over the world due to blogging and not just locally anymore.........

Edward and I enjoyed talking to Marion...such a sweet, soothing, lilting voice.....the weather in Wales and England is very scary. Flooding is prevalent in many areas. We need to be mindful of those dear people in our petitions to our Heavenly Father........

I haven't gotten the beach pictures nor the trip to Indiana pictures downloaded yet......We've been entertaining six grandchildren this week.......plus laundry, meals....

We've been home eight nights in the past four weeks......

I'm visiting blogs as I have a few minutes to spare...so if you don't see a comment, I'll do better next time....

Sounds like the flooding in the Uk is pretty bad. Glad your friend was able to call you.

What a great picture of your family. Family is EVERYTHING!! I am happy to hear that you have heard from Marion. I have been wondering where she is!! Now I know!! I would love to hear her voice too and the way you described it sounds like I figured that she would sound. I hope that things get fixed soon for her. Thanks for letting us know about her. sandy

You must be tired having looked aafter 6 grandchildren. Great fun and rewarding I'm sure but tiring too.
I would just love to play the piano and I wish I could hear you play. A great gift. I trust that you will be able to pass on yur love of the piano to a grandchild or two.
