What a beautiful gift and certainly something we do not have over here. Fancy winning a second giveaway. Congratulations.

A fall wreath on my front door. I can't puta wreath on my door. It is made of PVC and also open to the elements as I do not have a porch. That really gets me out of it!
A pub lunch - can be anything depending on the pub. The food our party had yesterday ranged from Sandwich and salad(for those eating out in the evening) and a full meal and desert for the rest of us. I had beef lasagne, chips and roasted vegetables, Lemon Brulee. Pub meals are usually hearty food. They are also good value (about 15 dollars for a Lasagne - remember our food is much more expensive than yours) Alan had thick lean ham with 2 eggs and chips. Sticky Toffee pudding and custard. One could have had anything from Game Pie, Skate, trout, salmon, all kinds of chicken, vegetarian, liver and bacon, numerous jacket potatoes,Ploughman's lunches. You can get pubs that have Gourmet restaurants and some just do bar meals. They all vary but they usually are all good. Alan and I have chips in these places because it is something we do not have at home so is a treat. By chips I do not mean what you mean in the US but I think you call them fries, but they are large and fat, not the stick thin ones that MacDonalds do.
