My Special Pink Stuffed Heart............

Today I was given the prettiest pink heart...........My six year old granddaughter, Ellie, and my ten year old grandson, Wesley made me a beautiful pink stuffed heart. They designed it, cut it out, and with a little assistance at the sewing machine, stitched it together.

I know it is stuffed full of love because they are loving children. The thought that they wanted to make and give me something just thrills me to no end.

It will always be a priceless reminder of a special Valentine's Day in years to come.

Awwww that is priceless indeed! I love things like this that children have made...my boys are 25 and 28 and I still have a lot of the items they made for me in grade school:-) My necklace made with cut up straws will always be my favourite piece of jewellry!! Hugs xox

Oh Betty! That is so very precious! It's beautiful and what a gift of love! Those little thoughtful things from children are priceless. One time last summer my little grandson brought me two heart shaped rocks he'd found at the river. I guess I knew he was aware of my collection, but just truly never expected those. I was touched beyond words. Thanks for sharing your treasure!

Hey Betty, I love that pink heart, it's beautiful they did a wonderful job. oh and, no, my husband is no longer in the marine corps, he was medically discharged in 2005. But he travels with his work 3 sometimes 4 weeks out of the month. But my brother-in-law is, and he leaves in a week for Iraq. We are asking everyone for their prayers and support. I hope that you had a great Valentine's Day!

Oh, how sweet! I love to collect hearts. They did a great job, and I know you're proud.
I was looking back through my comments today, and just caught the one on the Allstate commercial. I don't think that was us! LOL Of course, there was soooo much going on, and so many lights, who knows.....
